Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Welcome to Aski.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aski. By using Aski, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Aski Does
Aski helps people abroad get simple answers from businesses worldwide.
You can submit a request asking Aski to help check one clear question with a restaurant, hotel, shop, service provider, or other business.
Examples include questions about opening hours, availability, reservations, stock, late arrival, luggage, parking, kitchen hours, or similar practical details.
Aski is designed for simple business checks. It is not intended for complex negotiations, payments, legal requests, emergency situations, official authorizations, or actions that require formal approval from a business or third party.
2. Paws and Business Checks
Aski may use a Paw-based system.
One Paw represents one business check attempt.
A business check may include preparing your question, contacting or attempting to contact the business, reviewing the response, and providing you with a clear update.
If the business does not answer or cannot be reached, your Paw may not be charged, according to the rules shown in the app at the time of your request.
3. No Guaranteed Answer
Aski will try to help you get a clear answer, but we cannot guarantee that a business will answer, provide accurate information, be available, speak a specific language, or honor any information given.
The final answer depends on the business and the information it provides.
You are responsible for deciding how to use the information you receive.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the requests you submit through Aski.
You agree not to use Aski for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You must not ask Aski to make commitments, payments, reservations, cancellations, changes, legal claims, complaints, or official actions on your behalf unless the service clearly supports that action.
You are responsible for making sure your request is lawful and does not violate the rights of any person, business, or third party.
5. Calls, Recordings, and Consent
Some business checks may involve calls or other communications with businesses worldwide.
Where legally allowed, calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or reviewed for service delivery, quality, support, verification, and safety purposes.
You are responsible for making sure that your request, and any recording, transcription, summary, sharing, or use of information connected to your request, is allowed under the laws that apply to you.
You may ask Aski not to record a call where this option is available.
6. Use and Sharing of Recordings
Any call recording, transcript, summary, or related material provided through Aski is made available for your personal use in connection with your request.
You are solely responsible for how you store, use, share, publish, forward, upload, post, or otherwise disclose any recording, transcript, summary, or information received through the service.
If you choose to share, publish, upload, post, forward, or otherwise disclose any recording or related material, you do so at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that such use or disclosure is lawful and does not violate the rights of any person, business, or third party.
Aski is not responsible for any claim, complaint, demand, loss, damage, penalty, or legal action arising from your storage, use, sharing, publication, or disclosure of any recording, transcript, summary, or related material.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid Paws, credits, packages, or other paid features may be offered through Aski.
Prices, package sizes, and payment terms are shown in the app or website at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, purchases are final once completed.
If a business check cannot be completed because the business does not answer or cannot be reached, Aski may choose not to charge a Paw or may return the Paw according to the rules shown in the service.
8. Third-Party Services
Aski may rely on third-party services for communication, payments, hosting, analytics, authentication, call handling, messaging, or other service operations.
Your use of Aski may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.
Aski is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, errors, or actions caused by third-party services or businesses worldwide.
9. Service Availability
Aski may change, suspend, limit, or stop parts of the service at any time.
We may also refuse, cancel, or limit a request if we believe it is unclear, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, unsupported, or outside the intended use of Aski.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aski is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aski is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of plans, bookings, travel arrangements, business opportunities, data, or profits.
Aski is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or misunderstood information provided by a business or third party.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the website, app, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Aski after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
